NEED AN EXCHANGE?

All items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for an Exchange or Store Credit.

We don’t offer refunds on change of mind for incorrect sizing purchases.

If you are returning your item for an exchange of size or colour you will need to cover the postage for Green Love to send it back to you. If you would like to exchange your item for a different item that is not the same amount, we can either issue you with a credit of the remaining amount or you can pay the extra amount including shipping. We will try our best to fill your request, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee that the item you are after will still be in stock when you are exchanging.

 

Green Love’s store credits do not expire.

 

If you wish to return an item you must complete the form on the back of your order invoice.

In order to receive an exchange/credit, the items must:

Be sent back in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
They must not smell of perfume/deoderant or any scent so please take care when trying on your items.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Green Love staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.

If you are in the area you are more than welcome to bring your item/s you would like to exchange and one of our staff members will validate the exchange leaving you free to choose any product in exchange for the one you are returning or a store credit. Please don’t forget our 14 day returns policy still includes In-Store returns.

If the price of the new product is more than the original purchase amount, then you will be responsible for the difference at the time of the exchange.
If the price of the product is less than the original purchase amount then we will provide you with an In-store Green Love Credit Note to the value of the difference.
If you don’t find an item you love, you will be issued with an In-store Green Love Credit Note, which you can use on your next shopping trip.

 

STORE CREDIT

Returned items will be issued as a Store Credit to the customer.

Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange. For this reason any returns will automatically be issued as a Store Credit that will allow you to revisit our site or store to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size, provided it is available.

Returns will be processed within 4 days of receiving your items. You will received an email with details of the Store Credit. Store Credits can be used online and instore at Green Love.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

We are happy to replace, repair, or refund in the case of a manufacturing fault.
